EHL is delighted to announce the appointment of Nicole Brändle and Marie Forestier to its Board of Directors, effective April 2024. Their inclusion enriches the board with extensive experience and high-level expertise in business and hospitality. Concurrently, we bid farewell to our esteemed long-serving board member, Claude Meier, who hands over his office as director of HotellerieSuisse to Nicole Brändle.

Nicole Brändle
Nicole is the newly appointed Director of the Swiss hotel trade association HotellerieSuisse, as she has taken over from Claude Meier on 1st of April. For the last five years she was the Head of Economic Policy and Education at HotellerieSuisse, as well as a member of the management board. Economics and finance are her passion, as she has worked for various Banks in leadership positions, as Economist at the Swiss National Bank and Director of Swiss Industry Research at Credit Suisse. Nicole is a graduate of economics at the University of Zurich and has completed an Executive Master of Business Administration at INSEAD in Singapore.
Marie Forestier
Marie is an Alumna of EHL, Class of 2009, and Vice President of HotellerieSuisse. For more than 10 years she has served as the Director of the renowned Hotel Bon Rivage by Lake Geneva. She has previously worked at the Kempinski Hotel Le Mirador in Vevey, Switzerland, and at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. She has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having held various leadership positions and she is a professional expert in strategic and operational hotel management.
