Last week, our entire team had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from our partner institution, SEU Georgian National University, for their EHL Immersion program. This initiative aims to transfer EHL’s 130 years of expertise in managing hospitality education programs through interactive presentations and discussions led by our key operational and academic departments.
The program offered SEU delegates a unique opportunity to experience EHL’s blend of theory and practice firsthand. They participated in class observations and explored our student-operated restaurant outlets, gaining insights into both service and kitchen operations.
The week also marked the official celebration of our partnership, aimed at developing hospitality education programs within SEU’s infrastructure. This collaboration promises to benefit the hospitality market in Georgia and the South Caucasus region.
We eagerly anticipate the continued development of this partnership and the mutual exchanges it will foster.
