Jens-Henning is a Consultant with EHL and the Head of Vocational Education and Training by EHL, a skill training licensing model for the hospitality industry. In his role, he focuses on Business Development and managing strategic cross-functional projects with a range of international clients.

In the past 15 years, Jens-Henning has worked on a variety of projects in over 20 countries, expanding and sharing his expertise in hospitality, education management, entrepreneurship, and strategic project management.

His professional experience enables him to develop, pilot and commercialize complex transversal projects, lead diverse teams in different cultural contexts and guide clients in ambiguous environments.

As an Alumni of EHL, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality Management; as well as a Federal Diploma as Management Assistant in Hotel and Hospitality from the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Jens-Henning is fluent in German, English and French.
