Yuan Fang Lisa Li

Yuanfang joined EHL as an Associate in October 2021 and her responsibilities include support and coordination for EHL Certification development and Education consulting in China and Southeast Asia.

In her role, Yuanfang focuses on Education consulting – providing academic audits and initial site visits for EHL Certification and Vocational Education Training projects.

Before joining EHL, Yuanfang worked as a part-time assistant at the International Research Institution of China Tourism Academy, where she developed interests in research and data analysis, and built a deep understanding of travel experience, sustainable development and consumer behavior.

Besides, she also published academic papers and achieved several national honors, including the 8th National Undergraduates' Red Tourism Planning Competition and Annual Ten Thousand Tourism Talents Plan. Solid academic background and competition experiences enabled her to grow a unique perspective of strategy analysis and service quality.
