Program Structure

Each 6-month certificate level builds skills on top of the previous and counts towards obtaining the Professional Diploma (completion of the three certificate levels is possible from 12-18 months).

The Diploma can be achieved in a reduced timeframe if the student passes a Recognition of Experiential Learning Exam and has prior work experience or studied hospitality.

Entry & exit is possible at any level of the certificate subject to admissions criteria.
