Pension funds are key to Switzerland's aspired leadership position in sustainable investments. Climate compatibility has improved, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics are moving up the agenda of asset owners. However, challenging markets and limited resources remain an obstacle for most pension funds when integrating sustainability and climate issues into their investment strategies.
