Higher Education Quality Management Training with EIGHT Hospitality Business School

EIGHT Hospitality Business School in Tunisia visited the EHL campus in Lausanne in January to conduct a two-day training in quality management.

The training was delivered by the Certification Office covering the following topics: Quality Culture, Continuous Improvement, Educational Effectiveness, Student-centric Processes and Reporting Best Practices. On behalf of EHL Group, we express our gratitude to EIGHT for its dedication to continuous improvement and more specifically to Jihène, Jouda, and Sami for participating in the program.

Our tailored quality management training programs provide comprehensive support in these areas, ensuring that institutions can thrive in today's competitive landscape. With our expert training team guiding the journey, institutions benefit from insights to create a culture of quality and continuous improvement with a focus on student and community value as well as organizational learning.

  • Strategic governance processes are established to articulate and execute plans aligned with institutional goals, with effective key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk management frameworks in place.
  • Management processes are optimized, promoting collaboration and professional development among faculty members while ensuring student-centric processes are streamlined from application to alumni engagement.
  • Through robust quality management practices, institutions establish institutional data centers to collect and disseminate reliable data, fostering a culture of quality across all levels.
  • Additionally, educational effectiveness is prioritized through the identification of tools and metrics to assess student satisfaction, teaching and learning performance, and achievement of learning outcomes, leading to continuous improvement processes and effective reporting mechanisms tailored to various stakeholders.
