Local talent sprouts from the supportive community around them.

Fari Campus was built with the objective of cultivating close relationships among peers, and nurturing personal as well as professional growth.

In keeping with Fari Islands' luxury 5-star service philosophy, we are of the opinion that our staff should enjoy the same level of care that they place on our esteemed guests.

Continuing education on the campus is in partnership with EHL and is meant to provide employees with a realistic, credible alternative to Swiss hotel schools.

“Fari Islands was designed for the next-generation travelers who prize responsible travel and meaningful connections. While traditional resorts in the Maldives offer a one-island, one-resort experience, we envisioned an archipelago comprising three world-class resorts complemented by a vibrant social hub for curated lifestyle experiences”

Evan Kwee, Head of Design & Hospitality, Pontiac Land.

A Maldive Island dedicated to Education

Fari Island is a unique ecosystem of innovative hospitality concepts comprising three distinct luxury resorts and the unprecedented Fari Campus, which is a dedicated island for staff accommodation with a focus on community, education, and engagement.

The Fari Campus occupies its own island and houses more than 1,000 employees from all over the world, mostly native Maldivians. It has the accommodation level and recreational facilities - not to mention the beaches that staff can enjoy freely - of a hotel in itself.
