The educational fields the group encompasses include health care, social welfare, childcare, biotechnology, design, IT, animals, performing arts, culinary arts, hotels and tourism. The group also has 80 schools located in 12 prefectures across Japan in 2021. The Jikei Group of Colleges mission is to each student' and 'Let's greet each other with a smile' as its shared mottos.

The different schools deliver education across a broad range of fields, but they all share the same educational principles of Practical Education, Humanistic Education, and International Education and cultivate professionals in demand by industry through professional education in each school's respective field of expertise.

Three schools part of the EHL Certification scheme are the following ones:

  • Fukuoka Wedding and Hotel, Integrated Resort College
  • Osaka Wedding and Hotel, Integrated Resort College
  • Tokyo Hotel, Wedding and Integrated Resort College

The school concept in the hospitality field is to foster professionals with management ability with the best global hospitality and Japanese Hospitality as well as English skill. Since AY2021, in addition to the three principles of the Group, with an aim to offer higher quality education, we established the first four-year program in professional training colleges in hospitality field in Japan to enable students to obtain technology skills, English skills, and management skills and foster future leaders and managers in the hospitality industry.

Students who have completed certain programs approved by the Minister are eligible for admission to a graduate school and are awarded the academic title of “Advanced Diploma”.
